Quite simply, Simon & Co are amazing! After the initial meeting with Simon regarding selling our property, it was clear he did things very differently to other estate agents we had met. His approach regarding how to tackle the process was unique and refreshing, making it clear how it would work and how we would get the best price possible for our flat. It was logical and made sense, we were sold by his strategy and confidence to get the job done.
The marketing material he produced was second to non, from professional photos to a slick video including drone footage which was stunning. Simon then did his magic and within a couple of weeks we had several fantastic offers, one of which we accepted. This is the beauty of Simons process, he goes all in with an efficient, thorough and effective process, resulting in offers coming in swiftly. He is then on hand throughout to ensure things run smoothly until completion.
With such an important part of our lives getting Simon on-board was one of the best decisions we ever made, and if your looking to sell your property do not look any further! Simon is your man.
