I was very impressed with Phil Austin and all the team at Gascoigne Pees, West Byfleet when we sold our house. They made the experience straightforward and positive (even during the pandemic), and the sale progressed quickly thanks to their pragmatic advice. I was recommended them by a friend (who had used several times) and would not hesitate to recommend myself. I particularly liked that it felt a real team effort - anyone I spoke to at the office knew my house, the latest situation and were able to deal promptly with any questions.
