Was meant to collect keys, paid all money to be told 45mins the landlord changed his mind. The manager blamed everybody else. Very unprofessional. Credit checks not completed properly.

I have dealt with Homepoint for over 10 years and they have become worse year by year. I have to keep chasing money from my tenants and still don't receive payments. Do not let this company let your property if you want regular payments passed on to you. I have always had discrepancies with them but they have now got to rock bottom. I think that it's time to call it a day ...
