Selling a bungalow in Yorkshire whilst living in South Derbyshire, could have been most difficult. However, with Bramleys Estate Agency, it was not.
Helpful and smiling members of staff visited the property, advised the best course of action and gave us support to make everything ready viewing and selling.
Office staff were very considerate and supportive. We were always greeted with a smile. They all seemed to helping us move forward.
The bungalow had never been on the market before. It was completed in 1950, so it was ripe for refurbishment and renovation.
Interest was strong. Staff advice from Amy Northing was ‘sealed bids’. Responses were amazing. Bramley’s staff had read the market and a very good price and sale was soon secured.
Well done all the staff at the Heckmondwike who were just as excited as we were.
