I had to purchase a property offered for sale by Bramleys, Heckmondwike, that, unfortunately, was being sold through probate. The vendors solicitors were very slow and difficult to deal with for myself and my conveyancing solicitor, with scant information to offer. Fortunately Amy and Jean were incredibly helpful in pushing the vendors solicitors and executors in order to keep the ball rolling over the strenuous 3 months, keeping me updated and informed throughout, finally getting the required result. (I often thought Amy was taking on more than any of the solicitors, in making the sale happen)
Additional viewings at the property were always accommodated, with Carreen happy to help with any information that was available.
If I had to put my house on the market I would definitely use Bramleys, with there proffesional and caring approach and five star service. The vendor, on this occasion, gained the sale due to the outstanding efforts of the staff at Bramleys, Heckmondwike. Thank you.
