endly working atmosphere. The business was established in 2006 by Kevin Partridge and his daughter-in-law Charlotte Partridge. Kevin has worked in the Financial Service and Estate Agency Industry for over 25 years. Charlotte had worked for two national estate agents for 10 years and together they felt they could make a difference to the local area. We both felt that there was a gap in the market for a traditional family business to provide a customer focussed service at a realistic price. The business has grown through the recession and we are continuing to expand our team to ensure we take the business forward. It is our family name so we really do care. In 2015 we opened our second office in Shirley to allow us to expand our local area coverage.

10/10 Service. I was attempting to sell my property in Solihull that had been on the market with another Agent with little success. I was highly recommended to Paul Partridge to discuss the potential of renting rather than selling. He managed to Let my property for £4950PCM, this was £1000+ more than another agent I engaged with. I currently have a well known sports player in my property who I must say is a superb tenant despite playing for a Team I do not like haha. As a Landlord I have been so impressed with the service, the speed that you respond to any questions and your day to day handing of the house is brilliant.... overall a jolly good service. Thank you to Paul and the guys and girls in the lettings, you do a great job.

I first used the services of partridge homes about 6 years ago when I was looking for an agent to rent out my property for me in Solihull whilst living abroad in Canada. Over the years I received nothing but outstanding service from team over at Partridge Homes. Any issues were always resolved promptly. Communication was frequent and friendly. I chose to work with them as I respect the fact that they are a family run business and believe me when I say these guys really made me feel like part of the family. Fast forward to 2019 when I decided it was time to sell up my property. Once again the team put their beat foot forward. Viewings were booked before the board even went in the lawn and in under 2 weeks they managed to find a buyer for my property! These guys really managed to take all of the stress out of the sale process for me. Once again contact was frequent. And I really felt like they were motivated to get the deal wrapped up and everything completed as fast as possible to make life as easy as possible for all parties. I can not stress enough how highly I recommend the services or Partridge Homes. Before you consider giving your money to one of the many corporations that operate within the property game in the UK give the Partridge family and let them show you what they’re capable of you surely will not regret it!

We sold through a bigger more well known estate agents , And due to the large number of sales they are dealing with, it is easy to get forgotten about or pushed down to the bottom of the list of priorities. If I was to sell again I would 100% be using Partridge homes and will be recommending them to family and friends.
