Myself and my partner were new to the property market after deciding to look for a home after renting for far to long. On seeing potential properties on the first instance we would contact the estate agents which more often than not was Hannells Chaddesden branch. We was always greeted by a very friendly, cheery and professional voice of one of the team. Michelle and Lorna spring to mind but all of the team greeted you in this manner and unfortunately my bad memory isn't allowing me to name them all so apologies.an appointment was always booked swiftly even though our working schedule made for difficulties on some occasions but it was always arranged. On our viewings we was normally met by Richard Brown one of Hannells Chaddesdens estate agents. He was again very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and always looked smart, we actually looked forward to seeing Richard as we felt at ease in his company. Thank you Richard, top bloke.so this just leaves one thing for me to say, thank you team Hannells for your time and excellent communication during our property search and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you
