We received an excellent service for Mosley Jarman in our recent purchase of a house in Alderley Edge Cheshire. To start with the viewing was very good, the agent had a good knowledge of the property and made the effort to find the answers from the owners for a few questions we had. The sale negotiation was well communicated and dealt with very fairly and efficiently. Owner Nick Moseley then took over the work to complete the sale. He had a lot of work to do because the owners elected to route everything through solicitor and estate agent not wishing to speak to us on anything. In doing this he kept a strong focus on all tasks and requirements, kept us very well informed and we achieved a completion in 6 weeks well inside the target date of before the end of the main stamp duty holiday on 30th June 2021.
Overall the service we received was excellent with Nick in particular excelling by building a good relationship with us , the sellers and the acting solicitors to drive the sale through and keep everyone happy .
