If you want to preserve your sanity avoid using them at all costs. The level of incompetency we had to deal with was staggering and is precisely why estate agents have the bad reputation they do.

I've never complained before about anything online but dealing with this branch has forced my hand. Handling the most simple of processes, which is virtually their entire job, was a real struggle. Huge amounts of miscommunication, letters that we were told had been sent never arrived, letters with completely wrong dates and information were sent to us, letters supposed to be for the landlord were sent to us, no one calling you back, staff accusing us of lying over not receiving mail. I could go on and on... it was stressful.

They even had the audacity to charge us for their disorganization - the thought of having to deal with them in any way again has made me resist complaining.

This certainly isn't a one off - since this has happened other people have also mentioned their bad experiences or that they know of a bad experience.

Possibly the worst experience I've had with any company ever - please avoid simply so they can shut or lose some of the people who work there.
