Disappointing service! After having covert surveillance put on us by Faye green and Scott sadler( we are born in Derbyshire and not criminals) Faye green from North East council and Scott saddler from rykneld housing sent threating letters to us of covert surveillance,and interrogation, we are law abiding citizens, after we got theft from post, phones, games consoles bugged, invasion of privacy,vandalism and green sent all my family members personal emails to council's and persons in Derbyshire we got followed and harassed and data affected,(:very frightening) (ruined our lifestyle)we did viewings for savidges homes to try to move and get a better life but got messed about, viewing homes applying and given hope then let down after after, disappointed!

Paul at Richard Savage put our house on the market and our house sold within 3 hours of being on the market for asking price To the first viewer. The sale of the house went smoothly and Tina and Paul couldn’t do enough for you A+ customer service. The 3D tour Richard Savage provide are brilliant aswell. We couldn’t rate Paul at Richard Savage enough we would defiantly use them again In the future

We bought a house 4 Horton Close, Death trap. Carbon monoxide reading of the scale. Rotten shed, rotten decking, all the blinds were rotten and fell down held up by cocktail sticks, we were conned. I'd get a gas safety certificate, chaeck the lpoft as there was no insulation. Shit hole. Ben in tears every day. The old owners are The Holes now named THE ARSEHOLES

So many hidden charges...they've even charged �30 to do the inspection for moving out. Don't sort out any repairs yet expect you to have pay to have carpets professionally cleaned. Didn't sort our drug users in flats below. DO NOT USE.

What a nightmare these guys are, lies on top of lies. If you like a property listed with them, don't expect an easy ride, they'll push your offer up with false cash buyers and even if you match the demands - they are a nightmare to deal with. I feel for the poor seller having seen their sale fall through - despite a cash buyer. Jokers - not sure how they are surviving in modern estate agency with this 1970s style.

Entirely useless & money grabbing.

We spent our ENTIRE tenancy chasing them up for various things. Broken radiators, leaky boiler, loose taps and broken door handles. It's so difficult to actually get them to do anything despite the huge fees we paid.

In the last few weeks our landlady decided to sell the house so we were asked to vacate within in 2 months. That's okay. What is not okay is charging us �24 each for a reference when we are moving into the same property. �48 altogether!

I would not recommend this agent for anything. The staff are lazy and they will take every last penny you have. If only I could rate zero stars.

We live next door to the tenants of the above address. We have had constant abuse and damage to the driveway gates, there is a dog run outside, the deeds stipulate in the covenant that no hutches, pens etc. are allowed on the property. There is now a hatching incubator in the garage for some sort of poultry which yet again is not permitted in the deeds. We have 5 No. dogs using the small back garden for their toilet, there is no exterior drains for swilling down purposes, the dogs have to use the shared drive to get to the garden area, the dogs can be quite nasty and are not on leads, we were told by the tenants that their dogs would attack. We and other people have been tried to get the matter sorted with the agent to no avail, it appears that the rent is paid and the property is in order. The agent will be reported to the estate agent ombudsman very shortly. We now have to report our problems if and when we want to sell our property as we had to have the police to an incident where we were threatened with violence by the tenants.

Following acceptance of an offer on the property, the surveyor found a number of potentially serious problems. I forwarded a copy of the survey to the agent & expected some sort of response from the vendor via them. They kept telling me they could not contact the vendor. I arranged to meet a builder on site and travelled over 100 miles to meet with the agency and the builder. On my way driving up the M1 I received a couple of calls from the agency. When I rang them they said they had lost the keys to the property and my visit would need to be cancelled. I received an apology of sorts the following Monday when I had withdrawn my offer, butv their response to my comment regarding the cost of travel, hotels etc was that my trip was obviously not warted as I was going to view other properties. they have since sent me details of other properties but I will never use them again. I feel completely let down and out of pocket

The worst ever estate agent and a very good reason why zero stars should be invented. From being rude, tardy and confrontational their style gets worse. I cannot suggest strongly enough to go to another agent. They do not fix issues and charge for any extras. At the end of my tenancy where they had failed to replace any of the items identified as faulty they have charged me and retained all of my deposit. Please do NOT use this estate agency and save yourself a lot of bother.
