We were very impressed with the efficiency, helpfulness and communication of the lettings team - in particular Claudine, who initially showed us the property, answered our questions and went through the referencing process. At a time when stress levels are already high, Claudine made things very straightforward, which we really appreciated. We cannot thank or indeed recommend Hobbs Parker enough for al they have done. This is praise indeed, especially taking into consideration that I am a partner of a competitor firm!

We recently sold a property with Hobbs Parker. I have had to use several estate agents In the Ashford/Canterbury area over the last 18 months. (Bereavement and health issues). Sarah and her team have been the only ones to give the proper backup to the seller and full progressed the sale from start to finish. Sarah really is an expert on the local area and has the contacts as well. We intend using her team again to sell my mother-in-law’s house because we have complete confidence in her teams service.
