In my last 5 years of moving apartments every year working with letting agents, Hunter's staff definitively have the worst service. I recently moved into an apartment and was assigned an account manager. The account manager is not helpful at all, blatantly refusing to help on calls, not replying to emails, not even letting me talk to other staff members, etc. So at this point I am living in an apartment where: - I cannot setup the wifi as the internet providers cannot find the connection and the account manager has refused to help - I cannot setup gas and electric as the account manager has not provided me with meter readings - I have a dirty carpet (that was supposed to be changed before I moved) - I have a large shipment coming however the account manager refuses to provide me with a location near the apartment where a truck can be parked for 20 mins. Despite raising these issues through numerous phone calls and emails, there has been no resolution. The company's staff do not even care to update me on the status of various requests and only respond after sending repeated emails. Do not recommend at all. Personally, I will never work with them again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
