Northwood have been excellent with initial professional advice on preparing property to be a highly successful rental property to create happy tenants. Northwood have been highly professional on all matters with an excellent network of experienced specialists for all household needs eg electrical, heating and decoration. The high quality of advertising, arranging viewings and selecting tenants was very apparent.
Communication is always followed up and the whole Northwood team are excellent in all aspects of setting up and managing a rental property.
