We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Francis during the purchase of our property in January 2021. It was a stressful experience for us which seemed to drag on for many months through no fault of Jones Robinson but due to a difficult chain. Although not acting for us directly we cannot thank Andrew and his team enough for scooping us up and for his professionalism, patience, support and his ability to remain calm whilst those around him are loosing their heads. He kept my husband and I updated daily with the progress of our chain and made it a much more enjoyable experience despite the difficult circumstances surrounding lockdown. We absolutely love our new home and have finally found our little piece of heaven thanks to Jones Robinson and although we never plan to move again would totally recommend Jones Robinson to anyone thinking of selling their property and would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you top job!

Sian has been excellent in helping us let our property quickly to enable a move abroad before Christmas. On the initial visit she was calmness personified and made it clear that she could find us a tenant within a week at a monthly rent that works for us. She delivered on this promise and throughout what has been a stressful time has reassured us at every turn. Nothing is a problem for her. Having previously rented a property through Sian and Jones Robinson and having received a good service as a tenant, I'm pleased to say the experience as a landlord has so far been a really good one. I strongly recommend Sian.

Selling my property while away overseas was a daunting prospect, but Andrew Francis has been excellent. He handled everything very efficiently, keeping in touch regularly and ensuring I was completely aware of each stage of the process. He was quickly able to answer any of my queries and also helpfully arranged some practical matters for me. I am very grateful to Andrew for the successful sale and for making this whole process much easier and stress-free than it could have been. We received an efficient customer service when buying our home. There were few problems and Andrew was always able to answer questions promptly.
