Thank you for confirming that it wasn't me who has a problem. The problem is Moreland. I received 3 demands for arrears, then 15 months later they just noticed it had already been paid, on time, ( in Jan 2023). Their online payment portal doesn't work either, so its cheques from now on. Beyond useless. I'm a small time tenant now ( just a garage now, sold one flat a few years back, and bought out the other lease) on another), but will happily join a tenant association if it helps to get this sh ...

Sorry to hear that Kaye. They did finally respond to Solicitor's enquires successfully by mid January. Even the Solicitor was shocked at how unresponsive they were. The saga is not over yet because as part of the LEP they requested payment for buildings insurance which had never been agreed to by the owner (they had their own), they also took money for ground rent he had been paying by direct debit. I requested a refund on his behalf and of course didn't get a reply. My next course of ac ...

This company must be avoided. Look them up of LEASE tribunal cases, a lot of unhappy people have taken them to the court and won, including myself. These sorts of companies must be regulated. The reviews listed here say it all....

I have a flat worth 47.500 in Sunderland. Moreland are charging £155 per month management fees. though I have paid them a significant amount they do not recognise my payments and are suring me for non payment. In the meantime they do nothing and I mean nothing to maintain the block. I am having to hire a lawyer to defend myself. In the meantime they shouldnt even be trading as they have been struck off.
