We bought our new home through Gascoigne-Peas West Byfleet. We dealt mainly with Richard Lamb and Phil Austin who looked after our queries and requests in a very timely, helpful and efficient way, this despite one of the solicitors in the chain being less than effective at times.
Given the stamp duty holiday which affected some lead times and the time between our offer being accepted and exchange being just 8 weeks, we think that Gascogne-Peas West Byfleet and our solicitors in Guildford (The Partnership) have all done an excellent job.
