Thank you to all the Team at Northwood and to Anita and Tom in particular. We've had quite a journey from viewing our new apartment in late November 2019 to finally moving into it in late August 2020. None of us saw Covid 19 coming and boy did it hit us at the wrong time when only weeks away from completion. Anita kept in touch whilst working from home and pulled out all the stops with our Vendor and their solicitors and the Management Company once it was safe to do so. It has been quite a juggling act with so many people involved who were either furloughed, working from home or on some other variation of reduced hours. Tom, too was aware of where we were up to along the way and also kept us up to speed with our progress. I think over the months I've spoken to most of the wonderful team who have been on rota manning the office. Thank you so much and good luck with your future sales.
