When our onward house chain fell through 3 weeks before our move, we were very anxious. Thanks to Kesley at the Bournemouth office, we are now fully moved into a rental property whilst we find out forever home. Kelsey was a true professional, made some great phone calls on our behalf and communicated to us throughout. The collaboration between the Bournemouth office and Poole office was great and Claire in Poole was fab and very efficient on our moving day. Thank you Kelsey, we really appreciate it!
