Initially we chose another agent to sell our house based on the asking price, but it became clear that Perry Bishop's local knowledge was correct and they had valued the house at the right level. When we changed agents they handled the process very efficiently and introduced many well-screened buyers, quickly agreeing a sale. Throughout the whole process we found everyone we dealt with at Perry Bishop to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We would now always recommend friends to use Perry Bishop in Nailsworth to sell or buy property.
