THEY PUT ME IN DEPTS AND CHANGED CONTRACT 3 TIMES
Price was agreed one last day when needed move out they changed contract with price increase and I was with luggage already to move in as agreed so was forced to signed contract with price increase never the less after living in flat almost 6 months received tax letter depts under my name from previous tenants so now on top of everything I need to pay almost 1000£ someone depts and pay taxes alone each month 170 on top, spoken with council was explained that its between you and landlord he done mistake and I need to speak with him, windows broken not fixed I have cancer and can't even move out as contract signed for 16 months, I am trapped now till the pint where can * as I don't have money to get lawyer. DO Not rent with them! THEY ASKING YOU TO SEND EMAIL AND THEY WILL DEAL WITH COMPLAINT AND SITUATION AS PER COMENT BELLOW!!!YOU NOT EVEN ANSWERING SO DO NOT ASK ME TO SENT EMAIL AS md@customerrelationsteam. THIS EMAIL BLOCKED AND BOUNCING , ALSO YOUR COLEGUE ryanmorgan@citydocklands. AND Sarah Tranter sarahtranter@dexters. WAS ASISTING WITH THIS MATTER AFTER ONE EMAIL NO ANSWER!!!!!!!BE CEAREFUL PEOPLE ALL LIES you will stay homeles and will be forced to pay somone lese depts !!!!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have shown us the property properly, show a genuine interest in us as customers, not asking for credit card details and be far more flexible with the conditions.
