As my property has been let through Fox & Sons and managed through Sequence for more than a decade, I've sufficient experience of the service quality delivered. Though at times, that service has been a little challenging and inconsistent, it has always yielded satisfactory results, that is, until now.
The results have gone way beyond satisfactory; they are absolutely superb...!!!
The most recent tenancy at my property has unfortunately not gone smoothly, culminating in the occurrence of a significant milestone. Over the past couple of weeks I've required the focussed attention of Sequence on time critical legal, and regulatory Health & Safety matters, and been truly amazed by the commitment and dedication of Lauren Collins of Sequence in Norwich, ably supported by Lee Stairs of Fox & Sons in Crawley.
Consequential thinking, out of office hours follow up and the taking of preemptive actions characterise the behaviour of Lauren, meaning that she has thought about a situation rather than just respond to it, foresaw potential negative consequences, then taken timely action to mitigate issues before they've occurred, thus preventing problems for me, the customer, that would otherwise have been beyond my control.
These actions were an exemplary example of service, that demonstrate a thorough dedication to customer care, and cement the foundation of trust I hold with Sequence.
