Jade Ata is one of the worst human beings I have had the displeasure of forced conversation. If you call Nobles offices about anything that might slightly inconvenience them, it must go through Jade who is rarely free to speak, seemingly due to a lack of trust in her employees, and/or the incompetence I have witnessed myself.
Jade will threaten you with regular, nonsensical, randomly timed emails, that demand payments while completely ignoring previous emails and the points made in them. Jade emailed me after 6pm on Christmas Eve demanding rent after I told her I’ve moved out due to unsatisfactory service, and many, many other reasons.
There are rats/mice all over the Kelham Works building. The elevator is constantly vandalised. The rooftop is always littered, also has rats/mice, and unsafe paving slabs.
When I moved in I pointed out several damages made by previous tenants and Louise said she would get them sorted, I also told her that a friend referred me to Noble, (they claim to reward the new customer with £50) but none of the repairs were done and nothing was done about the referral reward.
Of course, because this is a company that wants to take as much money from you as they can, spending as little as they can (most of their buildings are funded on the backs of empty promises to overseas investors, as they can’t fill the spaces without false advertising which then puts them in the position where they have to pay back investors, using contractual agreements against rightly unsatisfied tenants due to false advertising and many other reasons).
Noble has gotten itself stuck in a vicious cycle of empty promises, and Jade is not willing to accept this. Looking at other reviews, and based on my own experiences with Noble, Jade will push past, present and future tenants for payments, when rarely holding up their end of the deal.
Communication within the company is non-existent. If you lose your keys don’t expect any help. If you have a complaint don’t expect a speedy reply/solution. If you have a question don’t expect it to be answered clearly. They will mess you around, claim that their buildings have cinemas and “communal areas” when Kelham Works doesn’t, it’s just a cold and windy rooftop. Their “Juliet balconies” are just large windows with a glass panel on the other side. The building is NOT “less than a 10 minute walk from the Sheffield railway station”, it takes 8 minutes cycling and 26 minutes to walk according to google maps. There are several other misleading claims on their website too. Feel free to play spot the difference if you do attend a viewing, make sure to ask about anything you don’t see but have read about in their descriptions of their properties, and watch their poor agents sweat and stutter as they struggle to explain the massive use of false advertising that Noble relies upon to compete with the better companies building in Sheffield.

I'm sorry that you, like so many others have had to deal with Jade and Gary and the monsters who are Noble. Hi Ruby, very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I made the biggest mistake in renting with Noble at the Lightbox this year. I signed for a flat but just under two weeks before I was due to move in Jade told me I couldn't have it. I have also had the displeasure of talking to 'Kylie' who is very rude and blunt.
