I have been nothing but impressed with Wheelers from the outset of the house selling process. When Joe first came to the house to discuss selling and give us a valuation, he was friendly, professional and his knowledge of Hanover is outstanding! The photographs and write-up / description of our home was excellent and when our house went 'live' we felt confident and well-informed about selling our home. Throughout the process (viewings, offers, liaising with solicitors etc.) the communication from Joe, Ronnie and Alison was fantastic; if they weren't in the office when we called, they always got back to us promptly when they could. We often wondered how did Wheelers make us feel like the only house they had on their books when there were so many Wheeler's boards to be seen! At times, Wheelers went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent and they did everything in their power to not only ensure that the sale went through, but also to our time frame where possible. I could not recommend Wheelers enough - and I have already asked Joe if we can use Wheelers when we sell next time (despite moving to Ovingdean!!).
