I have never come across such a disgusting company in all my life before. If I can give minus 0-star ratings I would and I am surprised they are around with this level of service. My property is managed by this person called Huseyin Turkay, and after finding another review from Purple Bricks in Solihull, it describes the same person that I have dealt with, rude and utterly despicable. My experience with them is that they do a fantastic job of making their customers unhappy, the price value of them requesting a repair on my property, for example, they charge extremely high for such a cheap job, and no communication whatsoever between the tenant, myself and the agent, it is only that I have to keep chasing them through calls and emails to get a proper response and not to mention that they do not explain the processes carefully, so they leave you at a cliffhanger for you to discover it yourself and hoping to charge you extra if you do not find out. The tenant himself is very unhappy with the service and quality.
I hope this review would steer reviewers away from using this company, overcharging for something quite simple, holding the rent money and we cannot do anything about it until it is paid, long delays in response, and they have the nerve to tell me as the landlord that I cannot do anything to my property unless I have their consent. I don't know what fantasy they are living in.
Again, I urge you, reviewers, to think twice about using this company.
