Ben and the team had a difficult journey ahead of them with our sale as the vendor was a challenge regarding clear and prompt communication and we were inexperienced first-time buyers. Despite a lot of questions and impatience on our side and a lack of answers from the other, Ben and the team were a consistently professional and reassuring presence in the middle.
Even after the sale was complete, when the vendor had made some peculiar and extraordinary choices, the team stepped in to go above and beyond to compensate for their client and make sure we were completely happy with our purchase.
Would highly recommend and we’ll be choosing the team when we look to sell and move on to our next property.
