I cannot speak highly enough of Merrys and the team that work there. We have just purchased a property through them and the whole process was incredibly smooth. Neil made the time to show us around the house on more than one occasion so we could confirm we were making the right decision. Since having our offer accepted, Steve liaised with us on a weekly basis until we completed and kindly gave us a bottle of bubbly when picking up the keys. A lovely touch! Thank you very much!

What agent could do to change your mind?

I'm obviously very disappointed to come across this review, as a representative of Merry's i pride myself on doing the best possible job for all our Vendors and Clients. I do feel slightly aggrieved after visiting your mother's home more than once, giving you excellent advice on how to increase the value of the property, advice that you took and has now increased the value of the property by over £20k.
