What agent could do to change your mind?
Flat-rate fee as far as I know, so Merrys have no interest in the Sale price - they still get their money.Attached Filesnbsp;

I'm obviously very disappointed to come across this review, as a representative of Merry's i pride myself on doing the best possible job for all our Vendors and Clients. I do feel slightly aggrieved after visiting your mother's home more than once, giving you excellent advice on how to increase the value of the property, advice that you took and has now increased the value of the property by over £20k.
