In life, communication really is key, Boxall Brown & Jones kept us updated, well informed and reassured at every point of the process. The team at Boxall Brown & Jones are professional and knowledgeable whilst being friendly and accessible, the perfect balance. We would like to pay special thanks to Anthony for taking ownership of the whole journey, a harder working and genuine gentleman, you will struggle to find. We would also like to mention Angela and Tracey, again always on hand to update or answer any queries, promptly and accurately. The prospect of moving to a new house can be daunting or perhaps overwhelming, but not with Boxall Brown & Jones. Shocking. Arranged to view a property at 1.30 pm but agent did not arrive. When questioned was told 1.00 pm was my appointment time. I asked why did you not call me? Agent answered that's not our policy!!
