Excellent service. Spent as much time as necessary with no feeling that you were being rushed to make any decisions. Would offer advice but not tell you what to do & it was usually very good advice. Knew what they were talking about. A very reasonable price & turned up at agreed times unless it really was impossible. Very friendly staff, Khalid in particular helped me to sell my property from the start & kept in touch all the way to the end making my life as easy as possible. This was very important to me as a middle-aged woman who found myself alone after losing my husband suddenly 2 years ago. He looked out for me & I now find myself very happy in my new home.

Your choice estate agents have been amazing from the first day I handed my keys to them, to manage my property for renting purposes.
They were very thorough and helpful when it came to selling my house; providing me sound advice on my mortgage and help with getting a mortgage broker. My house was sold and a new one bought within 3 months! I would highly recommend this estate agents.

I would highly recommend Your Choice Estate Agent. Their representative Mr Khalid made the purchase of our second property and provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. He was professional and friendly at all times and most importantly got us the house, he was approachable and reachable at all times via whattsapp which made it easy for me to get hold of the him so thank you for everything and look forward to working with you on the next property

Mr Khalid is a friendly and professional chap.
He helped us out throughout the whole process of purchasing the house.

Viewed a property with khalid on 15th june. We gave an offer which he said the vendors have accepted. We sorted all the morgage paperwork paid valuation fee and then khalid says house has been sold. This happend in 1 week.
As an estate agents its common courtesy if you have accepted an offer off someone then to let them know we have a potential other buyer.
Then khalid has audacity to say to my husband that i accepted offer by word of mouth and it was not legally binding.
Also prior to this he said he would do morgage for us charge us 1 grand and product fee of 300£ when this is free from the bank.
Disgusting customer service.
Will not be recommending you to any of my friends or family.
Will be leaving reviews on all your social media websites also.
Learn some manners get some customer service training. Its easy to put a monkey in a suit and say run a business. But actually running it well that you obviously cant do.
I mean on google you have written a review on your own company????? Who does that.

Complaints Procedure
Your Choice Estate Agents Complaint Procedure 1. Please raise your complaint with the sales or letting advisor that is handling your case. At, Your Choice Estate Agents 86 Toller Lane Bradford West Yorkshire BD8 9DA Tel: 01274 493333 Email: info@ycea.co.uk 2. If the sales or letting advisor cannot resolve the issue for you then please put your complaint in writing addressed to the Branch Manager. 3. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 7 working days. We will also start a full investigation. 4. In line with the Ombudsman guidelines a full written outcome will be sent to you within 15 working days. 5. If you are not satisfied with the full written outcome response from the Branch Manager you can write to the Managing Director. In line with the Ombudsman guidelines the Managing Director will respond to you with a statement of the final view of the matter within 15 working days. 6. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can raise your complaint with the The Property Ombudsman for Estate Agents http://www.tpo.co.uk. The Property Ombudsman will request that you have exhausted the internal complaints procedure before contacting them. 7. When you have raised a complaint with the Ombudsman they will write to us as agents requesting our Property File and our version of the events. A case officer will then undertake a formal review of your complaint largely based on the documents from both sides
