Just sold my mother's bungalow in Sunderland, and I have to say that the service provided was first class throughout. All potential buyers were vetted by them to make sure they had the best chance of proceeding, if they liked the property. This discouraged window shoppers, and I had many offers for the property, which sold for about £12,000 more than a similar property sold for last year, and £2,500 above my asking price. Dorothy's decades of experience shone through, as she guided me through the whole process, giving regular updates throughout. Professionals like this are hard to come by these days, and I am delighted that I chose Wm. Dean.
