The staff at the openhouse in Bedford are terrible. They have illegally made an unannounced visit to my flat whilst I was at work and performed a cleaning check, taking pictures of sensitive documents, which is a break of data protection laws and of privacy. They have also fabricated the fact that the fridge wasn't in the property when I moved in, therefor trying to charge me to have it removed. They have also claimed I have damaged the property but haven't provided any evidence to back up there claims, no pictures nothing. When I email them they pick and choice which parts of the email they want to reply to and just ignore the rest. They have no respect and work so unprofessionally. I have been treated unfairly and with no respect from day one. They have also accused me of removing the numbers off the front door as well as the release spring and want to deduct that off my deposit as well. Without even speaking to the landlord, who was the one who removed them both. They are rude, unprofessional, have no honesty or integrity and make lies to benefit themselves, to steal money off people like myself who have been recently made redundant due to this coronavirus situation. It's disgusting how they can live with themesleves.

Just to put a house on rent they risk our health.

On my complain one of “professional liars” said I can’t demolish and build it up for you.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL JUNKIES

Inspector visit during check out in my absent and payment of £1290 through Reposit. Interesting is that, reposit claim sent to me through email after twenty days and asked me to pay within 7 days. I was really surprised that how they can charge me £1290, I asked them to provide me a proper bill but refused to provide and said that invoice is their proper bills. Atlast, they sent me back email stated that We have emailed you your invoice and no further action is required from yourself or us. I am still awaiting for the bills from them...

Unfortunately this agency doesn’t seem to be very good, I recently had an issue with a house I’m renting from them and it took over two months for it to get fixed. I had to chase several times just to get a basic response from them. If you find a property being managed by this company, stay far away.

I have been tenant under this Open house in Bedford, nearly two year. I personally experienced that during my tenure with my family, we had horrendous situation from them. Thou we sent email for issue which needed maintenance and they didnot turn up but excellent to give reassured of no any action from them. The lady turned up to visit the property without any message.
Within two years of my stay in this property, we havent seen maintenance to solve our issue and at last, we moved from this property and they took the pictures and simply stated that need to be cleaned and repair. I am personally very unhappy and stressful. I would not recommend to any body.
