Simply outstanding service from a well presented, knowledgeable and professional team.
Selling my mothers house due to bereavement, Nick visited me at the house and took a couple of hours to sit with me and learn the history and hear stories and memories gained over the 41 years we had as a family in our home. This is something you only get from an independent agent, and it was much appreciated.
Nick came armed with lots of information on local sales which was very helpful. After a further walk around both inside and out Nick provided an estimate to valuation which was on the button as we managed to agree a sale at £5k less than the asking price. This is also a great indication of Nicks negotiation skills with prospective buyers, bringing in local knowledge, anecdotal stories from our discussions and the ability read a buyers intentions and propensity to go that little bit extra.
As for Nicks team, they all understood the reasons for selling and were all very mindful of the situation and showed empathy when dealing with me. This too was very much appreciated.
The addition of well thought out photos and a super virtual tour by video really helped prospective buyers.
All in all, a super selling experience and I highly recommend Nick and his team.
