Wow! Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!! So quick and proactive- We sold our property within a month with Lawlers (after being listed with another local agent in Marple- the one with the purple board, for some 3 months). In that time we had hardly any viewings, had to request marketing reports, etc etc, it was like pulling teeth. Lawlers were honest with their valuation figure (don't be tempted to go with the agent that gives you the highest valuation just to secure the listing- it's the oldest trick in the book). Ultimately, an overvalued property is likely to simply sit on the market growing stagnant, until the vendor gets fed up and decides to reduce- it's also likely you will receive far less for your property in the long run (I'm a former estate agent). I didn't get the impression Lawlers undervalued our property, they were honest and realistic- that's the reason we sold so quickly. That, combined with fabulous marketing and proactive negotiators that are motivated to sell !! I found Rachel & Molly very genuine, and they always responded to my emails within hours- often much less! Feedback from all viewings was provided promptly, and marketing reports sent out as a matter of course, on a weekly basis. There is a reason you see so many of their boards around the area, and so many of them with 'Sold' added- they get it done!! No messing around, could not recommend highly enough! Thanks ladies!

Amazing! After being recommended Lawler & Co from a friend, I've found them to be nothing but great.
I sold my house through the Marple branch and from the beginning Adam and Melanie were brilliant! Both of them were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
They helped sell my house in under 1 week and through the whole process they have kept me informed and helped with any issues.

However I found the staff at Lawlers in Marple to be excellent both in terms of their professionalism, friendliness and a willingness to go the extra mile. Most importantly if I contacted them they would always get back to me and if they promised to do something then I knew it would be done.
