If we could give Nick and his team ten stars we would!
To be honest from past experience we were a little scathing of estate agents and considered going to a cheaper online company but once we had chatted to Nick we had no doubt he was the agent to use.
Throughout the whole process Nick, Lauren and Ben were incredibly proactive about selling our house. I know Ben took it on as his personal challenge!! They were always polite, professional and happy to answer questions at any time. They always called with feedback from viewings and Nick would often courtesy call to discuss progress.
This was not an easy sale due to large newly started housing development at the back but Nick and the team put a lot of effort into researching the plans and putting together relevant information to email across to potential buyers.
We took a short break from the market due to personal reasons but had no hesitation in using Nick again when we were ready to re market it. The house sold on the first day of viewings and from then on Nick and Lauren worked tirelessly to help this sale complete.
In the end ( due to Covid19) it was entirely due to Nicks experience, knowledge, professionalism and his ability to form a good relationship with our purchaser that enabled us to be one of the lucky ones to complete during lockdown.
If you’re looking for an agent that genuinely cares about selling your house then we can 100% recommend Nick and his team.... simply the best!
