From the first time I spoke to Kim she was confident she would find a tenant and within 3 days we had one and 2 weeks later they had moved in . Kim was very efficient and communicated very well and will be happy to do more business with her

I would highly recommend Ellis Winters in Chatteris. I’ve been letting through them the past couple of years and have just completed a purchase through them as a first time buyer.
While renting the lettings team were professional and responsive and helped resolve any issues as soon as they could.
My purchase process was quite lengthy, through no fault of anyone, but both sides of the team were very helpful throughout, keeping me updated as things moved along and were always happy to answer any questions in a way I could properly understand and offered support regarding the whole process, which the process move as smoothly as possible and was much needed and appreciated as a first time buyer. Thank you!

We have been with ellis winter chatteris branch for a little under 6 years. I have to say how impressed we are with them. Sheila who is our lettings manager for our property is amazing, she always goes above and beyond to help us whenever we need it. We were threatened with homelessness last year due to our landlord wanting to see the property and sheila made it possible to get us moved in to a new property just before christmas. With 6 children it was extremley difficult to find us a property that was suitable for our needs but sheila did it and took all the stress away. Sheila is an amazing asset yo the ellis winters team. All the staff at ellis winters are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. They are always at the end of the phone as and when needed communication is 5 star. Of you are looking for an estate agent who care about there tenant or are a landlord and are looking to let through them theres no hesitation that ellis winters is the right agent for you. Amazing staff, amazing service i wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Absolutely appalling towards rental customers that place applications for a letting and 3 weeks later still have NOT heard a thing as agent in branch is too busy to find her own arse in place....massive let down then trying to smooth over with following emails that would lead...yes you guess it right...nowhere! Chatteris CANNOT provide a decent service at all, S is utterly unefective and useless as letting agent why oh why did l ever contact them in the frist place?? Code of conduct is a new term for Sheila.... l shall take my complain to Ombusdman next maybe that will wake them up and encourage them to provide some sort of decent service if they can manage that much!

Nothing was to much to ask, everything was dealt with promptly and effectively.
The team here are nothing but efficient.
My purchase took longer than expected unfortunately, but if it wasn't for Jan I should think I would still be waiting on enquires to be resolved.
