Lauren was awesome from start to handing over to Nick for the final sprint to the finish.
The purchase was complex, with many negotiations and hurdles to overcome, but Lauren managed all of these and exceeded my expectations.
Nick took over for the final week of the transaction and managed to get us into the property to our timescale, in what were challenging circumstances.
When calling the office, people were polite and callbacks/emails were prompt.
The only let down was the first time I viewed the property.
The person showing me around could not answer basic questions on the property; such as why the price was set at the amount, how many viewings/interested parties, why it'd been on the market for a while, etc.
Most questions were met with "I just do the viewings, you'll have to ask the office."
This seemed a little lazy and also required additional work from me to contact the office to get these questions answered, which in turn also caused the office extra work.
However, the second viewing (with Lauren) and subsequent viewings were much better.
