Honestly having to deal with Butters John Bee (Alsager) has been an
eye opening experience of ineptitude!
Let me list all the problems so far-
Initially misleading us as to the demand for properties in this area.
Failure to contact us within the initial 14 day cooling off period at all.
Marketing the property without us signing off on the advert as discussed.
Marketing the property at the wrong price and description. (we have proof).
Trying to arrange viewings before any of the above issues were
rectified.(again told there were people queuing to view)
Failure to arrange an ECP before marketing the property as discussed
and now removing the property because of this and blaming us.
Recommending 'Move With Us' as a conveyancing company which purposely
misquote and hide their fees in the small print The above company were
rude, arrogant and incompetent. And it was left to me to cancel their
services although initiated via BJB.
Excuse after excuse as to why we experienced all the above but at no
point did anyone think to follow up with a phone call.
Failure to reply to my email wishing to discuss the above issues.
Having been informed of people queuing to view, we have had 2 viewings
in as many weeks.
Being told the first offer we get on the property is going to be the
best and we should accept.
