London court is awful, I am on floor 5 and the rooms have no ventilation and *** constantly harasses me for rent I have paid. Even after, I’m now being gaslit claiming I ‘had no bed bugs’ and I ‘stole’ this supposed mattress with bed bugs (which makes no sense). I'm sorry that you, like so many others have had to deal with Jade and Gary and the monsters who are Noble. They scammed me into a 12 month contract at over £1000 per month for a studio apartment which hadn't been built yet, top floor apartment with a broken elevator and a concrete stairway with no hand rail.

Hi Ruby, very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I made the biggest mistake in renting with Noble at the Lightbox this year. I signed for a flat but just under two weeks before I was due to move in Jade told me I couldn't have it. I have also had the displeasure of talking to 'Kylie' who is very rude and blunt. I had to settle for a different flat in the same building and now I'm desperately trying to leave. Jade is so incompetent and rude, I honestly don't know how that stupid company is running ...
