The full property details are also irrelevant as it is not like you can resell the property to me-what would you actually propose to do-provide compensation for me wasting my time putting my property on the market which cost me around £4k?
I verified by paying £3 with the land registry records to access the buyers details. This was then cross referenced with the buyers property sale which was somehow on the market at the exact same time as mine-they also sold for massively under market value to expedite their sale which demonstrates that it wasn't merely coincidental. The only conceivable explanation was they were also told they were the winning bidder, as was I. I have since had this confirmed by a colleague in property.
It is comforting to know that you actually reply to this website as it demonstrates that reviews exposing your practices actually matter. You should be querying less the veracity of a review and more why people feel compelled to flag up your practices. I would suggest you use negative reviews to train your staff better in managing sales and being straight with other agents as a few thousand pounds commission is worth little against a poor reputation and the neddless stress and and hassle it causes buyers. Edinburgh is not New York or London
