After having a particularly difficult time in the beginning with my sale, Dan the branch manager personally took control of my sale and assured me that he would have it sold ASAP, within a few days I had my sale, communicating along the way.
Charlotte my move manager from Haart took on my sale and transformed what was an unpleasant experience into one which was manageable. The obstacles that she faced and dealt with on my behalf due to the unprofessionalism with the other legal team, were extremely frustrating and at times upsetting but Charlotte remained highly professional throughout and was nothing but supportive towards me.
I would have been lost without Charlotte in this process and I cannot praise her and her positive friendly attitude anymore. She is an absolute credit to the Witham Haart team, because of her my buyer now has a new home and so do I.
Thank you Charlotte!!
