How awful are these people? Taking all your details then never calling back. This happened twice. Then you have to chase them up and they're pretty rude on the phone I assume your after rentals why would you assume that?! No body use them, it's a mission just to get a viewing and I'm a cash buyer and they really don't seem interested in doing viewings.

Disgusted with the way we have been treated by this company as tenants of a property that they manage. . Rude, onoxious staff who can't even be bothered to respond to emails advising of repair issues etc and can't manage to arrange repairs on propertys that they are supposedly managing. Staff in the bournemouth and sputhampton offices speak to you like you are dirt on their shoe. Can't say I have had one positive experience with this company.
