We entered into a contract with Frank Innes, after advising them that we wanted them to do all of the viewings & to be at our property ahead of the viewers.
Frank Innes agreed to this, so we signed the contract, I have a disability that they were made aware of from the beginning & my wife did not want to meet any viewers.
frank Innes have done one viewing correctly out of a total of 6.
I had informed them on two occasions that they were not doing what we had required, & then had a lengthy conversation with the manageress Karem Coleman about being let down, she informed me she would have any other viewings in the agents diaries passed by her first & that agents would arrive 15 minutes prior to viewers.
I thanked her & thought that everything had been ironed out to our satisfaction.
I then received a call from one of the staff to make three appointments with the promise they would be with us 15minutes before viewers.
The conversation I had with Karen Coleman to iron things out had been on a Monday, the first viewing was going to be on the Thursday, yet again they were not here, the viewers turned up on time & the agents rang to say that the member of staff could not get to us, so they were sending Mike from the office, who should have came in the first place, he arrived half a hour late.
the Manageress rang me the next day asking "How I Was"? I told her we were not happy & we had taken advice from CAB that they were in breach of contract & that we wanted the contract to end in it's entirety & a full refund of our advertising costs.
I have received a obscure blanket letter from Karen Coleman & they have removed our property from the internet, & no more correspondence, we are now going to complain to the Ombudsman TPO which they are members of.
Their sales spiel & what they promised us have not been given to us & I would recommend that you steer clear of the Chesterfield Branch.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have stood by their word, that they agreed to verbally before we signed the contract, as if they could not meet our request, we would have not signed the contract.

Avoid! I am not one to ever write reviews but for the sake of future customers- This agency neglects all duty of care for tenants and represents illegal landlords. Even in the light of blatant law breaking from a 'self managing' landlord they represent, (including ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The Agent could employ people who are capable of doing the job because it seems everyone we have dealt with are a joke, to say the least! Its not a hard job so we find it quite shocking how so many staff are incapable! The best thing for these agents would be to shut it down! It is absolutely unacceptable that we have not recieved money we are owed after 8 weeks, should the boot be on the other foot I am sure you would also find it unacceptable if we owed a substantial amount of money to the company and still had not paid it 8 weeks later! Im sure your staff would be constantly ringing us! It is an absolute shambles!
