My wife and I employed the services of Morton New to sell our property after a period having used another local agent who failed to make any impact on the market. We met both Jasmine and Shelly from the Sturminster Newton Branch and from the start they were highly professional, listened to our requirements and certainly added value when we saw the finished product of the sales documentation and advert. On one occasion I was working from home when Shelly showed a couple around our property. She is a natural, making people feel at ease, not being pushy and listening to the comments they made. For me that was the difference that separates MN from other Estate agents as she quickly gave feedback regarding the questions and the viewing flowed with Shelley making the people warm to the property. Very shortly after we now are in the process of SOLD STC so it gives me great pleasure to highly recommend MN to all future house sellers or buyers. Professional, empathetic, supportive and excellent in every area. Special thanks to Shelley and Jasmine

Probate. We have just completed purchase of a property, managed by Morton New. Initially, we were informed the property in question, was in probate but duly completed; unfortunately, this was not the case. Two months after our offer was accepted we were informed probate, was still outstanding. This added nearly two months to the completion date; in the interim, our quotations that we obtained expired and subsequently raised in cost. In their defence, Morton New accepted their error; nonetheless, we most likely wouldn’t have proceeded with the purchase, if the truth be known.

We have just ended our tenancy of 1year with Lorraine Truswell. We feel that she made everything very easy and stress free, from moving in to now arranging viewings and the move out date ect.
