As I was dealing with an Executor sale from outside the UK I needed a high level of local support and advice. This was willingly provided. It included liaison with local tradesmen when I could not be there and even trivial tasks such as a final meter reading carried out and communicated promptly.
My dealings were with Richard, Phil and JJames. I would not rank them in order ,They were all professional.
