From the very first visit by Nic Austin i was really impressed with the interpersonal skills used by Gascoigne Pees. There was never any preesure selling to market the property with them.
The house was on the market for 4 months before we sold and every time a viewing was arranged we were given plenty of prior notice. After each viewing we received feedback as to how the viewing went. We finally sold in June & everything was going through without problem when our buyer unexpectedly pulled out a week before exchange despite the best efforts of th team to resurect the deal.
We then immediately remarketed the proerty. We then had 9 viewings in the following 10 days & sold again before the 2 weeks was up. Without the efforts of the fantastic team @ Gascoigne Pees Basingstoke we would not have been able to purchase the house we really wanted.
The whole time the team have been polite, courteous, extremely helpful & most of all very, very proffesional.

I cannot recommend Gascoigne Pees Basingstoke highly enough & the whole experience of selling our house has been made easier by them & a real pleassure to deal with.
