The team at the Thornton Heath branch took over the sale of our property at our request following a bad experience with the High street Croydon Branch. Our sale of our property fell thorough with the Croydon Branch, but We decided to give Townends another chance to sell our property on the recommendation of a friend who also recently sold her property thought the Thornton Heath branch. We found that the staff in comparison here were very helpful, courteous and respectful. Estate agents have a bad reputation but the staff at this branch changed our minds about estate agents as a whole. Compared to our experience with the other branch, Thornton Heath Townends were patient and did not rush us into making important decisions about the sale of our home. We were always kept up to date on events and the progression of our sale. We dealt mainly with two staff there who were Shelley and Steven and we could not have asked for better service.
If you are looking to sell your home in the central Croydon area I would definitely recommend using Townends in Thornton heath. After a long and stressful few years of trying to sell out home they found the perfect buyer for us quite quickly and the sale went very smoothly indeed. Great estate agent team.
