On instructing Nick Mosley, we had approached several other leading agents in south Manchester and Cheshire. Notwithstanding, we concluded that Nick's marketing proposals were plainly superior to the competition. Their opening hours, attention to detail and social media awareness were particularly impressive, as was my first telephone contact with their Wilmslow Branch.
Our choice was, in fact, completely vindicated as a completed sale was secured within 8 weeks of our first meeting.
In our view, Mosley Jarman are a truly professional, friendly and well-organised firm. Nick encapsulates this, and is well supported by his staff, especially Lauren and Ben. I also understand that our buyers were similarly impressed with their work. Further, I received positive feedback from both our solicitors and the sales administrator at our onward purchase.
