Firstly, thank you to anyone who posted a negative comment on here, not that I needed to see it as I've seen it for myself and I don't even rent with them!
First property we went to view, no one turned up, we drove 40mins and no call or text from anyone letting us know why no one had turned up. No one seemed to give a damn when Monday came. Illegedgly we got some thicko sacked but I'm sure that was complete rubbish as I've seen many of you say they have a lying issue.
Gave them benefit of the doubt, went to view the same property again and had arranged with manager after complaining, we get 5mins into this 40m drive and get a phone call saying appointment has been cancelled, promised a callback within 5mins with explanation like a pair of mugs. Do you think we got one? We were going to pay up front like you good people have.
WITHOUT PREJUDICE, we will tell everyone we know and complain to whoever we need to to get these cowboys in trouble.
I'm sorry to read all the bad reviews I have but these agents ALL seem like the banks... Con artists.

It is also a great shame you felt the need to try cause the company maximum damage without understanding the circumstances.
I am very sorry you had such a bad experience. This was due to exceptional circumstances, when mismanagement occurred due to the incompetence of consecutive managers over a period of weeks. One manager decide to leave after several years loyal service and simply stopped working. This was a huge let down personally and the inertia resulted in a number of problems for the business. The replacement manager, who lasted a few weeks, was grossly negligent and this exacerbated the difficulties. When the consequences of this mismanagement came to my attention, prompt action was taken and now service levels are back to the level expected of Dorset Property.
Again, I apologise for your experience. Hopefully this will not deter you from using Dorset Property in the future.
