Dreadful experience at the moment with this agent Moved in to house just before starting masters, the only one renting a room in a 4 bed house, work had not been completed to a standard of my other houses. Anyway spent 2 nights in the house as decided to take a break from studies I informed the agent i was leaving the house and have moved out. They told me i still have to pay the rent as no get out clause (disgusting for students) or find someone to take over my room, how can i find someone when they can't fill the other rooms.
Have been in touch get no response want contract to end and cant even get damage deposit back not there to cause any damage.
Total disgrace to students, total money grabbers. Avoid this company as far as you can.

In relation to being released from a legally binding document, a replacement tenant would need to be found. Once a new contract is signed this will release you from the tenancy. Please note there may be fees associated with this - all of which will be clearly detailed in your signed contract.

You must have been paid money to post this review. Shelley is as useless as the rest of them. This company should be struck off the letting agency list. They are appalling at every level. They do not respond to maintenance reports, they allow landlords free access without notice, they are uncontactable, and then they keep your deposit at the end of your tenancy, stating repairs need to be completed… this will be all the repairs you will have reported.
