Nick was acting for the seller of my purchase. From the start, I found him professional, reasonable and very easy to talk to. The purchase experienced a few hiccups - unresponsive solicitors and an incompetent mortgage broker. Nick kept in constant contact and reassured me when things became a bit too stressful as well as discussing with me a back up plan so I wouldn’t lose the purchase. He kept me up to date and I spoke to him almost every day much more than I did my own estate agents. They are a fantastic estate agents - very easy to talk to and always acting in the best interests of the transaction. Very professional and friendly.
